I’m very, VERY new to web design, illustration, and photo manipulation. I toyed around with Photoshop Elements for years, but as college graduation loomed I finally decided to take the plunge and buy CS5. Months have passed, and my fancy-schmancy marketing degree still hasn’t paid off– it’s a tough job market, and employers want years and years of experience. I’ve used my spare time to learn new skills and increase my desirability for prospective employers. This website (along with a few others) have given me a great sense of direction, and I feel like I’m getting pretty good with PhotoShop and Illustrator. Unfortunately, as an unemployed grad I don’t have a lot of spare cash lying around. I would love to gain access to Pixmac’s resources.

I would love to have this subscription because I am unemployed and don’t have a lot of money to spend on stock images. I would use the subscription images to create or revise advertising campaigns in my portfolio. Revising my portfolio would help me be more competitive against the many junior creatives applying for the same positions.

This subscription could really help me out. I’m about ready to graduate with a degree in Web Technologies and I already have some business lined up. Having a place to get high quality stock images would really help me get started and save some money to pay off college loans!

I am about to take the terrifying step of leaving my brilliant job which I adore (and has a guaranteed monthly income) to pursue my dream of being a graphic designer. I’ve done the training (and the time!) and am ready as I’ll ever be.

Access to this library would be a pat on the back for putting my neck (and mortgage!) on the line :)

I have recently started my own graphic design studio & I hate how much stock photos cost. It would be nice to expand the business library for both future & current client projects.

Basically as a small business being able to save money anywhere is a great thing so this would help out immensely.

As a graphic and web designer, I am constantly on the hunt for good quality images that I can use both directly in marketing pieces and sites for my clients, but also as reference material for my own original graphics. I use stock art and stock photos as a way of saving money for my clients by saving my design and development time.

I would use to aid my students learning, making full use of the images available to develop tutorials to help further their learning in graphics and media production.
